FRESHLY MADE & DELIVERED

Our orders are made and delivered within 48 hours (we try our best to make it the next morning and deliver that afternoon!) Our cocktail/vacuum-sealed pizzas are made fresh to order and we need time to cool the pizzas before we can package them.

We also have a hot takeaway service via Happy Camper Pizza for a more immediate product - happycamperpizza.orderup.com.au

PIZZA CAMP is committed to providing great pizza delivered fresh within 48 hours of ordering. Your happiness is our top priority and we back our orders with a Happiness Guarantee so you can shop with confidence. If you're ever less than thrilled with your purchase, please email PIZZA CAMP within 7 days of delivery to discuss a favourable resolution - info@pizzacamp.com.au

If the complaint is for quality reasons, we request a photograph of the delivered product to be submitted by email.

If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled and refunded, please contact PIZZA CAMP as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• Orders which have left with our refrigerated couriers cannot be cancelled.
• Orders which have not yet been prepared may be cancelled.

RE-DELIVERY

If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address) a $14.95 redelivery fee will apply. 

If we cannot deliver a product for any reason, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping costs.
